Spring e-Learning Semester

After having taken 4 e-Learning courses and then completing facilitator training, I am set to facilitate my first course during the Spring 2009 Semester. This will be my first experience as a facilitator for an educator online course. During my last two years of teaching, I was a facilitator for students taking online classes through the Alabama ACCESS program. I am excited about facilitating online and helping develop a community of learners. What do you think about teaching online? What skills should online teachers consider the most important?
